Wigen Home

We used Building Partners Northwest to build our dream home to retire in. The house was built quickly and well. Construction of the house is tight and sturdy. At around 1500 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for the kids/grandkids to stay yet not to much to manage as we age. With a vaulted great room , two covered porches to take advantage of the 360 views, and a large 2 car garage we can handle any size of gathering. A propane powered all house backup generator and 500 gallon tank keeps us ready to handle any power emergency. The construction of this house was extremely quick and easy, we got everything we asked for and couldn’t be happier. As an added bonus we came in significantly under budget and gained hundreds of thousands of dollars in instant equity.

Wyle’s House

We came to the Building Partners Northwest team and they guided us through the build of our retirement, dream home. The Team linked us with qualified subcontractors to make the building experience wonderful! Our home is the perfect fit to our wooded 4 acre lot. We had R-60 insulation in the attic to compensate for the extra snowfall of the hills. We are older and we wanted an efficient home for family gatherings. We came in under budget and we had plenty left over to add some special features to our driveway and roof.
